随着TEMU（拼多多海外版）规则的逐步完善，对于TEMU商家来说RSL资质已经成为产品上架销售的必要条件，常见的有RSL Report（欧盟铅镉化学物质检测报告）、RSL-Phthalate（欧盟RSL邻苯项目检测报告）、RSL-SCCP资质（欧盟短链氯化石蜡检测报告）。




RSL-Phthalate简介

RSL Report 资质/限用化学物质检测报告

为了确保珠宝首饰的安全性，欧盟REACH法规规定，珠宝首饰上架各大电商平台前必须进行RSL Report(欧盟禁限用化学物质检测报告)资质认证，以确保产品不含对人体有害的化学物质。

RSL-SCCP资质（欧盟短链氯化石蜡检测报告）

氯化石蜡是一种常用的化学物质，因其具有一定的阻燃效果和增塑剂等作用而广泛应用于工业领域。然而，其中短链氯化石蜡（SCCPs）却是一种具有远距离环境迁移能力、生态毒性、持久性和生物蓄积性的持久性有机污染物(POPs)，因此国际上对其进行了广泛的关注和限制。

RSL(限用物质清单)测试流程及办理周期

▶提交申请

向选定的认证机构提交认证申请，并准备一定数量的样品。

▶样品检测

将准备好的样品送至检测机构的实验室，实验室会对样品进行化学物质检测，并对其中的有害物质进行识别和评估。

▶数据评估

实验室将根据检测结果对产品中的有害物质进行评估，并将其与欧盟REACH法规中规定的限值进行对比。

▶报告编写

根据实验室的检测结果编写RSL(限用物质清单)报告。该报告将详细记录产品中含有的有害物质及其浓度，并说明这些物质是否符合欧盟REACH法规中规定的限值。

RSL测试周期一般需要5~7个工作日左右就可以完成。
