西班牙生产者责任延伸（EPR）法规

此前亚马逊对在法国、德国售卖产品的卖家，制造商、经销商需要强制注册德国、法国EPR外，现在基于西班牙海关要求，进口产品到西班牙，EPR也成为强制项目了！

①西班牙包装法——针对所有带包装的产品

②西班牙WEEE——针对所有电子电气产品

③西班牙电池法——针对所有带电池的产品  

 


西班牙包装法

西班牙皇家法令1055/2022（关于包装和包装废弃物）以及第7/2022号法案（关于循环经济的废弃物和受污染土壤），规定了在西班牙向买家销售包装商品的企业的义务。被称为“西班牙包装法”。

 


如何确认自己是否为生产者？

根据西班牙包装法，如果您首次向西班牙站点引入新的包装商品，则被视为这些包装商品的生产者，其中包括制造商和进口商。如果无法确定商品的生产者，则最终分销商将承担生产者的责任。

*如果您不是在西班牙开设业务的生产者，且未在2023/12/31日之前提交有效的包装注册号，亚马逊将自动为您注册“代付”服务。


 

亚马逊EPR代付服务

亚马逊EPR代付服务可帮助亚马逊卖家遵守法国和西班牙的生产者责任延伸（EPR）要求。该服务要求亚马逊代表卖家为Amazon.fr和Amazon.es商城的销售支付环保款项，然后从卖家账户收取这些金额。

 


亚马逊EPR代付服务如何运作？

▶如果您在生产者责任延伸分类中销售商品，未向亚马逊提交有效的注册号，亚马逊将自动为您注册；
▶在每个适用分类下计算您在亚马逊违规销售的环保款项，并撰写报告；
▶向亚马逊选择的符合条件的生产者责任组织提交报告并支付环保款项；
▶向您的卖家账户收取环保款项金额和服务费。
